Is there shopify free trial 3 months active in 2025?
Hello everyone,
I found in social ads that there is shopify free trial all around the world. There is alot of, I found, dilemma in plans and pricings. I even saw 1 month free trial, 14 days free trial, 90 days free trial and even 3 month free trial.
Anyone, what's more on this, would be appreciated if I got briefed.
Since 31st October 2024, the standard trial structure that is used by Shopify does not give customers 3 months to try it out for free. According to information available now, a normal Shopify free trial account includes a short 3-day period where you don’t have to use your credit card followed by an additional extended 3 month period at $1/month rate on joining certain plans (i. e., the Basic, Shopify, or Advanced ones) if you’re a newbie.
This may not be a completely free three month trial but it provides an inexpensive way for ninety three days tests in total including three months at one dollar per month and three extra days without charge?
Predicted Features of Current Year Functionality
• Standard starting point; no cost or obligation —> 3 day free trial
• After the 3-day trial, you can extend for 90 days at $1/month if you pick a plan — new plan users offer available worldwide
• Other Trials (14 days, 30 days), this is not active now.
These ones used to occur earlier on or maybe as part of some special offers but currently they are rare. It should be noted that if someone says that you will get additional “three months of free trial period” after paying nominal fee of $1 monthly then probably he lies with truth as such statements may cause misunderstanding.
Such confusions arise due to outdated information and regional or affiliated marketing propaganda since it has been several years now that Shopify continuously modify its trials but globally this seems like the only option currently available whereby one can get three months free while paying one dollar monthly upon allocation of any plan.
